Fun at the L's house!

On Tuesday, the 7th, some homeschoolers got together and had a play day at the L's house! It was lots of fun!
The boys played airsoft wars, while the girls hitched up miniture horses to carts and took them out to the BLM!
We had lunch, and then we all played a game of freeze tag! :)
Here are some pictures if our day!

Friends From Haiti!!!!!!!! ~Day 2

I'm back! Don't you all just love me!?!?!?!? :)
Now for Day Two!
We took the M family for a walk, after breakfast, down by the river in the Old Mill area! It was such a pretty walk! We had so much fun!
We were waiting to the kids to come back from playing on the rocks when a family came up the road! We got off to the side and found out that it was the C family! That was fun! The boys (Chad, Jarod and Marshall) ended up going to find lizards and things with Sam!
Anyway, I'll stop talking so you can see some pictures! :)

Friends from Haiti!!!!!!!! ~Day 1

On Friday, we had some missionary friends come to town and stay with us. They only stayed Friday night and left on Saturday. :(
It was so much fun to have them over! I have, for a long time, wanted to be a missionary so, it was lots of fun hearing their stories!
We had dinner and then we took them up Pilot Butte. We got to the top about 1/2 an hour before sunset. We kind of camped out up there waiting for the sun to set! :)
Here are some pictures.

Here is the crew. We did get some comments about how big of a group we were! Some one even thought that we were all related! :)
The boys
I hate to say it but boys (who don't cooperate) are VERY hard to take pictures of. As a consequence I did not get very many pictures of the three of them.

Regency Dress!

Here are some pictures of a regency dress that I have been working on!

It has under sleeves so that you can either wear it with long sleeves or short sleeves!
I used the Sense and Sensibility regency gown pattern for the sleeves and skirt. For the neckline I also used the Sense and Sensibility regency neckline supplement pattern.
On the outside of the sleeves I put little triangles. I got the idea from the movie Pride and Prejudice. One of Elizabeth's jackets had that pattern on the sleeves and I really loved it so I thought that I would try it!

I will stop my jabbering and let you see more pictures of my dress! :)
